What you'll own
- Shooting and editing content across multiple brands, built from storyboards you'll help sharpen, not just follow blindly
- Editing for retention, hooks, pacing, cuts that keep people watching to the end
- Editing for aesthetics, our brands need to look premium, not rushed
- Working closely with the Socisl Media Manager as a real creative partner, not just an execution hand
Who thrives here
- 2+ years
- editing/shooting content, with a portfolio that proves it worked, not just looked good
- Advance English Level
- you'll be working with an international brand and team
- You can show content that's genuinely aesthetic, luxury-level, not template-level
- You understand retention mechanics, you can explain
- why
- a cut works, not just that it does
- You are tech savvy and familiar with AI in your editing workflow already
- Based in Bali, own laptop (we provide device, lighting, mic, and everything else)
Who this isn't for
If editing is just a job to you, we'll both be frustrated. We're looking for someone who takes pride in the final cut — someone who notices when something's 5% off and fixes it without being asked.
