About the Role
Physiorehab Klinik Fisioterapi is looking for a Videographer & Video Editor who is responsible for producing high-quality visual content to support the clinic's communication, education, branding, recruitment, and corporate partnership activities.
This role will handle the end-to-end video production process, from pre-production, shooting, audio recording, and B-roll collection to video editing, color correction, sound mixing, subtitles, and final asset preparation for various digital channels.
The ideal candidate is not only technically capable of producing visually strong content but also comfortable working in a clinical environment and understands the importance of patient privacy, consent, and professional standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Production
- Translate content briefs into shot lists, storyboards, and technical shooting plans.
- Conduct location and lighting surveys before shooting.
- Coordinate shooting schedules with Front Office and physiotherapists to ensure production does not interfere with patient treatment sessions.
- Verify the consent status of subjects before filming.
- Prepare and check all production equipment before shooting.
- Video Production
- Conduct video shooting inside clinic areas, including treatment rooms, rehabilitation gym, equipment areas, reception, and consultation areas.
- Conduct video production outside the clinic for events, corporate screenings, community activities, seminars, CSR activities, and corporate client locations.
- Record clean audio for interviews and educational content using appropriate audio equipment.
- Produce B-roll footage for the clinic's content library.
- Produce therapist profile videos, educational videos, short-form content, and event recap videos.
- Capture movement and exercise content using appropriate camera angles and slow-motion techniques when required.
- Post-Production
- Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit long-form educational videos for YouTube and website use.
- Edit event recap and therapist profile videos.
- Perform video cutting, color correction/grading, sound mixing, basic motion graphics, lower thirds, and subtitles.
- Adapt video content into various formats, including 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, and 16:9.
- Export final videos according to the technical specifications of each channel.
- Organize, name, tag, and archive video assets systematically.
- Administrative & Asset Management
- Maintain daily production logs.
- Ensure footage is backed up on the same day as production.
- Maintain and properly handle clinic-owned production equipment.
- Submit monthly reports covering production output, challenges, and equipment requirements.
- Ensure all raw footage, project files, and final assets are properly stored and handed over when required.
- Clinical Environment & Compliance
- Follow clinic protocols when conducting video production in treatment areas.
- Ensure patient consent has been verified before filming.
- Respect patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Ensure medical records, patient names, schedules, screens, or other confidential information do not appear in footage.
- Do not touch patients, therapy equipment, or direct a patient's body position during filming.
- Immediately stop filming if a patient feels uncomfortable.
- Follow applicable internal clinical, privacy, and content review procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Film, Broadcasting, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video production involving human subjects.
- Able to handle video production and editing independently from end to end.
- Good understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, framing, and camera movement.
- Good understanding of audio recording for interviews and spoken content.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Familiar with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics tools is a plus.
- Able to produce short-form and long-form video content.
- Able to work with various aspect ratios and platform specifications.
- Familiar with basic color grading, sound mixing, subtitles, and motion graphics.
- Understanding of basic visual storytelling and content production.
- Comfortable working in a clinical environment with patients, physiotherapists, and healthcare professionals.
- Able to work carefully and maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Willing to work on weekends when required for events, subject to company policy.

- Important Note
This position focuses on video production and post-production. Content strategy, editorial calendar, copywriting, hashtag research, social media scheduling, community management, and paid media are not the primary responsibilities of this role.
