- Job Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and exceptional guest service throughout the guest stay.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and conduct villa orientation.
- Coordinate check-in and check-out processes smoothly.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
- Handle guest requests, special arrangements, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, kitchen, and security to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, spa bookings, tours, and special events.
- Serve food and beverages when required (in-villa dining service).
- Ensure villa cleanliness, readiness, and maintenance standards are met at all times.
- Maintain guest privacy, confidentiality, and security.
- Prepare daily guest reports and communicate important information to management.
- Job Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written). Additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiar with hospitality systems or basic computer skills.
