- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
- Villa Manager
to oversee the daily operations of a private luxury villa in Pejeng Kangin, Gianyar. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hospitality-driven, and capable of delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing staff and property operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day villa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Supervise and coordinate villa staff (housekeeping,freelance maintenance, etc.)
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and personalized service requests
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and inventory management
- Manage budgets, expenses, and basic financial reporting
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in villa, hotel, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with property management systems is an advantage
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate
