Villa Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Villa Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of 20 villas in Sanur. This is primarily a hospitality and on-site coordination role: you will be the face of the property for guests and the key point of local coordination for a proposed refurbishment and uplift project led by Head Office, ensuring guest experience and smooth day-to-day operations are maintained throughout.

• Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations of all 20 villas, ensuring seamless, high-quality guest stays.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, special requests, and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage local on-site staff (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) to maintain pristine property conditions and consistent service delivery.

Coordinate and supervise on-site renovation and uplift works during the proposed project period, liaising closely with HQ-appointed project leads, contractors, and vendors to keep works on schedule without disrupting guest stays.

Maintain smooth, uninterrupted operations through the live-building phase of the project, sequencing guest placement and service delivery around active work zones.

Serve as the key on-site representative of Head Office, maintaining frequent, regular contact with Jakarta management on operations, guest feedback, and renovation progress.

• Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Villa/Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Property Management.

Demonstrated familiarity with structured villa or hotel operations, with established systems for service standards, staff supervision, and quality control.

Prior exposure to coordinating property renovations or on-site works alongside live hospitality operations is highly desirable.

Based in Bali or willing to relocate immediately, with a strong local network and ability to coordinate with contractors and suppliers in Bali.

• Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently on-site while maintaining close, frequent alignment with Head Office.
