We are looking for a dynamic and personable Villa Manager (VM) to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction. We are looking for Kerobokan & Seminyak area.
- Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience as a Villa Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to hospitality and property management is highly preferred.
- Mode of transportation (motorbike)
- Based in Kerobokan and Seminyak
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the villa.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing high-quality service.
- Supervise and train villa staff to ensure they meet the company standards and SOPs.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to maintain the villa in top condition. Arrange for and oversee villa maintenance tasks.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints, mostly in person, professionally and efficiently.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of supplies.
- Manage budgets and financial records related to villa operations.
