Job Description
- Understand and manage MMORPG/RPG game systems
- Handle user complaints and feedback on Facebook & Discord
- Manage top-up pending cases (delayed top-ups)
- Provide customer service support related to in-game issues
- Manage and engage gaming communities on Facebook Fan Pages & Discord
- Willing to work night shifts if needed
- Able to understand English
