About Client
CC's Grill is a growing charcoal chicken restaurant concept based in Uluwatu, dedicated to serving premium fire-grilled chicken with bold, authentic flavours. We bring together premium ingredients, chef-crafted recipes, and traditional fire-grilling techniques to create an exceptional dining experience. Every dish is carefully prepared and cooked over natural coffeewood charcoal, delivering a rich, smoky taste that cannot be replicated by gas or conventional grilling.

What You Will Contribute
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding dining experience by delivering warm, friendly, and attentive service to every guest. You will ensure accurate order taking, efficient food and beverage service, and maintain excellent product knowledge while upholding the service standards that define the CC's Grill experience.
- What You Will Do
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items, promotions, and answer guest inquiries confidently.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the designated POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond to requests promptly.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate concerns to the Restaurant Supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and restaurant equipment.
- Prepare dining areas before opening and complete closing duties according to SOPs.
- Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and reset efficiently.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other service team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Process guest payments accurately following company procedures.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and company service standards at all times.
- Assist with stock replenishment of service supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving sales targets through suggestive selling.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor.
- Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress, Server, or similar role in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality establishments.
- Experience in casual dining, fast-casual restaurants, or hospitality service is an advantage.
- Strong passion for customer service and hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and professional with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
