WAITER / WAITRESS

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our team at High Five Cafe & Eatery.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to our guests. You will ensure that every guest receives a warm, professional, and efficient service experience while maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.

• Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Explain menu items and provide recommendations when required.
• Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's service standards.
• Ensure orders are served accurately and in a timely manner.
• Check with guests regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and overall experience.
• Clear and reset tables promptly and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant and service areas.
• Ensure cutlery, glassware, napkins, condiments, and other service items are properly stocked.
• Assist with preparing tables and service stations before, during, and after service.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, host, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with restaurant preparation before and after events and busy periods.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Support other operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Fluent in English, other language is an advantage
• Food & beverage or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and attentive to detail.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Willingness to learn and improve service skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Location: Pantai Lima, Megwi (Canggu Area)
• Employment Type: Full-time
