About the role
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused
- waitress/waiter
to join our team at The Blaze' in Bali. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
- What you'll be doing
- Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Taking orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen team
- Serving food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring tables are cleared and reset efficiently between service
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout your shift
- Assisting with inventory and restocking as needed
- What we're looking for
- Previous experience working as a waitress/waiter in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with both guests and the kitchen team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
