at HMNS, you will bridge warehouse operations and technology by implementing and optimizing WMS, OMS, and ERP processes. You will improve workflows, develop SOPs, support system adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build efficient, accurate, and scalable warehouse operations.

Qualification

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce operations, or supply chain, with hands-on involvement in OMS and/or WMS implementation.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, or other fast-moving retail operations.
• Exposure to barcode, labeling, or warehouse automation system implementation.
• Experience supporting warehouse setup, 3PL-to-in-house transitions, or large-scale operational transformation projects is advantageous.

Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to guide teams through operational change in a practical and supportive manner.
