Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily manpower and work schedules for field operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage daily warehouse activities to achieve operational KPIs.
- Monitor warehouse inventory, capacity, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure middle mile delivery operations meet the required SLA.
- Prepare and submit operational reports accurately and on time.
- Update warehouse SOPs and work instructions in coordination with the Warehouse Manager.
- Create and communicate the team's work schedule with the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading warehouse operations (Inbound & Outbound).
- Experience managing warehouse inventory.
- Able to plan manpower requirements based on forecasted workload.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills in daily warehouse operations.
- Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
