We are looking for a highly skilled developer to convert designs and recommendations into fast, clean, properly measured websites. You also build site pages from scratch where no mock-up exists. You implement the technical SEO layer, wire up analytics and conversion tracking, and fix things when a CMS misbehaves.
This is a builder's role. You own implementation. The build, the technical SEO, the tracking, the QA, the performance, and the stability of the site. If you take pride in clean structure, measurable performance gains, and work that does not come back with problems, you will do well here. Shortlisted candidates

- What you will do in this role
Convert HTML mock-ups into production WordPress/Shopify builds using modern page builders, matching design accurately across desktop, tablet and mobile breakpoints.
- Rebuild AI-generated markup into clean, maintainable CMS page builder structure.
- Build pages from scratch where no mock-up exists. Working from a brief, a reference, or the design language already established in pages.
- Build and maintain reusable global templates, so new pages can be assembled quickly and stay visually consistent.
- Child theme customisations, custom CSS, and light JavaScript or PHP,
- Implement forms, integrations and third-party embeds, and test them end to end.
- Implement on page SEO elements (title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, keyword placement, image alts, etc)
- Implement structured data in JSON-LD . Validate and keep markup consistent with what is actually visible on the page.
- Own Core Web Vitals against real field data in Search Console and CrUX.
- Configure performance stack: Caching, CSS, JavaScript, per-page script management, image compression and next-gen formats.
- Keep the build lean: minimal plugins, reserved space for dynamic elements, and a DOM that does not fight the page builder.
- Set up, configure and verify GA4, GSC, GTM, Google Ads. Configure conversion actions
Work confidently in cPanel and comparable hosting environments: DNS records, SSL, PHP versions, staging environments, cron jobs, backups, file permissions and site migrations.
Debug at CMS level: plugin and theme conflicts, PHP errors and server logs, database issues, page builder rendering quirks, JavaScript console errors
Maintain security and hygiene in production sites
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on WordPress development experience and practical Shopify experience
- Expert-level Elementor Pro. Strong HTML5 and CSS3. Comfortable in browser developer tools.
- Working PHP for WordPress: hooks, filters, child themes, and small custom functions.
- Demonstrable technical SEO implementation experience.
- Demonstrable page speed and Core Web Vitals work.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GSC, GTM, Google Ads.
- Confident with cPanel and hosting fundamentals.
- A systematic debugger.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow, and disciplined about reviewing their output.
- Clear written English and reliable asynchronous communication.

- Familiarity with AI search and answer engine optimisation: entity markup, and structuring content so it can be cited.
- Git, WP-CLI, or a local development workflow such as LocalWP or Docker.
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA level) and semantic markup.
- Portfolio and practical assessment
- Shortlisted candidates must complete a 1–2-hour practical test.
- A portfolio is required. Applications without one will not be considered.
