Responsibilities
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the
- wedding and social events segment
- Develop strong and lasting relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and clients.
- Create tailored wedding proposals and packages to meet clients’ needs and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate closely with the operations, banquet, and culinary teams to ensure flawless event execution.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on wedding and event trends.
- Represent the hotel at
- bridal fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales reports.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum
- 1-2 years of experience
- in Sales or Wedding Sales roles preferably within a
- 4-star hotel
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing the wedding/events segment.
- Strong
- network and understanding of the wedding market
- , including trends and vendor collaborations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Fluent in
