Windows System Administrator

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Administer and troubleshoot IIS, Nginx, and Apache Tomcat web/application servers.
• Support deployment and maintenance of Java- and .NET-based applications.
• Troubleshoot Java Runtime, Windows Services, IIS, and application-related issues.
• Perform Microsoft SQL Server administration, including backup, restore, monitoring, and basic performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks.
• Monitor server health, application availability, and system performance.
• Perform Windows patching, security updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents within the agreed SLA.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

Review security advisories, vendor bulletins, and vulnerability reports (Microsoft, Oracle Java, Apache, Nginx, etc.) to assess risks and recommend remediation actions.

• Maintain patch management reports, compliance dashboards, and audit evidence related to infrastructure and application security updates.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Windows System Administrator, System Engineer, atau Infrastructure Engineer.
