Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor production performance and provide solutions for process-related issues.
- Lead continuous improvement activities (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and PDCA).
- Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and process documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, and process improvement methodologies.
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis tools.
- Able to analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Experienced in preparing and maintaining SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), and process documentation.
- Good problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
