- Your Day-to-Day
- Coach & develop teachers
- Provide 1-on-1 mentoring, conduct performance evaluations, lead calibration sessions, and track teacher improvement progress
- Design training programs
- Build end-to-end teacher training from scratch, covering classroom management, student behavior, and developmental strategies
- Monitor teacher engagement
- Analyze NPS feedback to identify trends and create action plans that improve teacher happiness and retention
- Manage class operations
- Oversee scheduling, resolve slot issues, and ensure smooth daily operations
- Collaborate & report
- Work with Curriculum and Student Specialist teams, and provide data-driven insights to management
- Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in
- Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Educational Psychology, or HR Development
- 4-7 years experience, with 2-3 years in a role combining teaching with people development (not pure classroom teaching)
- Prior experience as a
- senior teacher, headmaster, or academic coordinator
- who has mentored/evaluated other teachers
- Experience designing training curriculum end-to-end from scratch
- Strong coaching, rubric-based evaluation, and calibration skills
- Data literacy
- able to turn survey data into actionable plans
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Agile, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work with mínimal supervision
