- Your Day-to-Day
- Support teachers in handling students with developmental or behavioral needs through guidance, coaching, and intervention strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report student developmental progress across all branches, providing actionable recommendations.
- Conduct student observations and collaborate with teachers to implement appropriate support plans.
- Build and maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and developmental concerns.
- Partner with external professionals or sister brands when specialized intervention is required.
- Develop and deliver training or refreshment sessions on student development, milestones, and best practices for teachers and stakeholders.
- Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
4–7 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years handling student development and parent engagement in schools, learning centers, or educational institutions.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret student or survey data and translate insights into improvement plans.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
