Job descriptions
- Drive KPIs for Clients by coordinating internally and externally across relevant departments:
- -Revenue growth and overall eCommerce sales performance
- -Campaign strategy and execution for strengthen brand representation
- -Content management and optimization
- -Build strong relationships with Clients, Relationship Managers, & related 3rd parties to achieve business goals
- -Act as the client’s advocate, ensuring their needs are met while fulfilling daily contractual responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, including upselling services
- -Setting & updating store activities, design, price, promo mechanism & product description to marketplace platform
- -Reporting & analysing business evaluations & presentations to clients
Qualifications
- -Experience with eCommerce platforms
- -Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn and drive to optimize
- -Good analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- -Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders
- -Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- -Having 2-3 years experience in eCommerce
