- Act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring seamless communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and detailed project briefs for clients.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
- Min-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in event organizers, local/multinational agencies, or 360 industries.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Responsible, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Good conduct with no criminal record.
