Job Description
- Service contract renewal, and redimension program handling.
- Monitor customer service status.
- Customer follow-up & communication.
- Manage renewal documents/forms.
- Upsell & service upgrade opportunities.
- Customer retention & churn prevention.
- Coordinate with Sales, NOC & Billing teams.
- Maintain customer data accuracy.
- Placement : Denpasar, Bali
