Accounting Officer

Job Description

• Record and maintain financial transactions accurately in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Process and verify Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy between internal records and supporting documents.
• Prepare and review accounting journal entries and ensure all transactions are properly supported and documented.
• Assist in the monthly financial closing process, including account reviews and necessary adjustments.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and accounting data for internal reporting purposes.
• Monitor account balances and transactions and identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required financial data and documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting or a related role.
• Proficient in Accurate, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and processes, including AP, AR, GL, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
• Good understanding and knowledge of Indonesian taxation and its application in accounting processes.
• Strong skills in financial data processing and analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, responsible, and highly organized.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Full WFO at SCBD, South Jakarta.
