Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Fishery, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Admin Sales
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems and tools, such as SAP or Oracle
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Have design graphic skills
- Have experience in animal feed manufacturing

- Manage and process orders from customers
- Coordinate delivery of goods with the warehouse department
- Manage administrative documents, such as invoices, delivery notes and sales notes
- Monitor inventory and sales forecasts per customer
- Update customer data
- Manage and prepare return documents
