• Marketing Supervisor

. This is a full-time position based in South Tangerang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring alignment with our strategic business objectives. As a Marketing Supervisor, you will play a key part in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth whilst leading and supporting a marketing team to deliver exceptional results.

• What you'll be doing
• Develop, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote our products and services.
• Supervise and mentor marketing team members, providing guidance, performance feedback and professional development opportunities
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and analyse campaign effectiveness, preparing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources to maximise return on investment

Coordinate with internal departments including sales, product development and customer service to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with broader business goals

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content including digital, print and social media materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives
• Track industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep the organisation competitive
• What we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in marketing analytics and data interpretation
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management and marketing automation tools
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
• Budget management experience and financial acumen
• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Creative thinking combined with strategic planning and business acumen
• Familiarity with market research methodologies and competitive analysis
