Job Descriptions
- Handle incoming & outgoing calls in Mandarin and English
- Assist customers with accurate information and solutions
- Handle customer needs according to SOP
- Record and update customer information accurately
Requirements
- Minimum D3 from any major
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Min HSK Level 3 certificate
- Good command of Mandarin & English, both spoken and written
- Customer Service / Contact Center experience is a plus
- Communicative, patient, and customer-oriented
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
