Research and stay up to date with the latest Android development trends, technologies, and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Analyze business and technical requirements for Android applications, and collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to design and develop high-quality products and features.

Develop and maintain Android applications by implementing scalable, efficient, and high-quality code, working closely with Backend Developers, UI/UX Designers, and DevOps Engineers.

Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues by performing testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application stability and performance.

Maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth project execution and operational excellence.

Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing applications, adopting new technologies, and implementing coding best practices to improve development efficiency and application quality.

• Perform application maintenance and enhancements in accordance with established development standards and architecture.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to improve code readability, maintainability, and knowledge sharing.

Prepare reports on application performance, error logs, development progress, and other ad-hoc reports to support monitoring and continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Android Developer; experience in healthcare or clinical applications is a strong advantage.

Strong understanding of Android design principles, with proven experience publishing applications on the Google Play Store, including knowledge of the submission and review process.

Experience integrating push notifications into Android applications.

Proficient in Kotlin, Java, JSON, and XML, with solid knowledge of Git, RESTful APIs, synchronous and asynchronous API integration, and mobile application architecture patterns such as MVC and MVP.
