- We are looking for an
- Architect & Digital Designer
- who is detail-oriented, visually strong, and able to translate briefs into drawings, 3D models, renders, presentations, and digital content.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts based on project briefs.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Create 3D models, renders, diagrams, and presentation boards.
- Support proposal, technical presentation, and project documentation.
- Assist with digital content, branding, packaging, and visual materials when required.
- Use AI tools to improve design exploration, visualization, and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Familiar with rendering tools such as Enscape, Lumion, D5, Twinmotion, or V-Ray.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and spatial design.
- Comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Detail-oriented, coachable, reliable, and comfortable with revisions.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in BSD.
