Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows to improve process efficiency and accuracy across departments.
- Collaborate with Sr. BP Specialists & BP Technical Specialist to convert process improvements into technical automation solutions.
- Develop data dashboards and reports to track efficiency, cost, and automation performance.
- Conduct technical testing, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure automation runs with minimal errors.
- Support implementation and user adoption of new automated processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Fresh Graduate of experience in business automation, data analytics, or ERP-related projects).
- Understanding of business processes and cross-departmental workflows.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Able to translate business requirements into digital/technical solutions.
- Strong technical understanding of process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, or equivalent).
- Skilled in data visualization and dashboard development (Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.).
- Was in a team member of IT Tech Department that handle projects in the previous company.
