- Mandarin Speaker - Assistant Marketing Manager
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare all materials and operational needs related to the Manager’s marketing activities
- Act as a liaison between the Manager and internal teams
- Prepare activity reports and work progress reports for the Manager
- Ensure all company procedures and policies are properly implemented by the team
- Assist the Marketing Manager in preparing annual or quarterly marketing strategies
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, business partners, agencies, and promotional vendors
- Ensure all promotional and branding needs from external parties are fulfilled on time
- Coordinate with the design, digital marketing, and sales teams to ensure campaigns run according to plan
- Ensure promotional materials align with meeting outcomes and company objectives
- Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the company’s brand awareness
- Support Marketing Manager in campaigns & strategy
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Manage reports, meetings, and promotional needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing/Management/Communication)
- 3–5 years experience in Marketing or Brand Management
- Fluent in
- English
- ; Fluent in
- Mandarin

- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & digital marketing tools
- Willing to work on-site at Soho Capital West Jakarta
- Physically fit and mentally strong
- Preferably residing nearby
