  • What you'll be doing
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in planning, organising and executing daily restaurant operations
  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring effective team coordination and performance standards
  • Monitor food quality, presentation and service standards to ensure consistency with company policies
  • Manage reservations, customer seating arrangements and table management to optimise service flow
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, working to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training and development to build a high-performing team
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations and company standards
  • Support inventory management and cost control initiatives to maintain profitability
  • Participate in promotional activities and special events to enhance customer experience
  • Report on operational performance and provide regular updates to management
  • What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, or similar supervisory role within a food and beverage environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent customer service orientation with proven ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health and safety protocols, and restaurant operations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A high level of professionalism and integrity in all business dealings
