Associate Product Manager

Tanggung Jawab

• ⁠Collect, clean, process, and analyze data to generate actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor business and operational performance.
• ⁠Identify opportunities to improve business processes through data analytics, AI implementation, and workflow automation.
• Develop and maintain internal web-based tools and applications to support business and operational needs.
• ⁠Build AI-powered solutions by integrating existing AI tools, models, and APIs into internal applications.
• ⁠Integrate data, databases, and APIs to support internal applications and automation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Perform testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of internal applications and AI-based solutions.

Kualifikasi

⁠Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Software Development, or a related role. Fresh graduates with relevant projects or portfolios are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in SQL and Python for data processing, analysis, and automation.
• Familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Basic understanding of web development and database management.

Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, Flask, or FastAPI), AI API integration, and workflow automation tools such as n8n is a plus.

• Able to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• ⁠Willing to work under a hybrid arrangement across our Cirendeu and Daan Mogot offices.
