About the role
MORI Bakery & Cafe is recruiting for Baker and Chef positions. The Baker will be responsible for bakery and pastry work, including R&D and recipe development. The Chef will manage cafe and restaurant cooking, including Asian and comfort food preparation, with focus on menu R&D and development.

- About you
Baker
- Experienced in bakery and pastry
- Understand R&D processes and recipe development
- Accustomed to working with specific ingredients
- Familiarity with Japanese-style bakery is a plus
- Ability to make salt bread / shio pan is valued
Chef
- Experienced in cafe or restaurant
- Proficient in Asian and comfort food
- Understand R&D processes and menu development
- Familiarity with Japanese-style food is a plus
