Barista

We are looking for a Barista to join our team and lead our front-of-house service with excellence.  In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, juices, smoothies, protein shakes, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and portioning
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment and workstations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages to the Head Barista
• Support inventory counts and help minimize beverage wastage
• Operate POS and process customer orders accurately when required
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply)
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making
• Able to prepare coffee, juices, smoothies, protein shakes, and other beverages according to company standards
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer service oriented
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and flexible shifts
• Basic English communication skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
