Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our café team. This position is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, non-coffee beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, manual brews, and non-coffee beverages (matcha, chocolate, etc.)
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment properly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive customer service
- Support the team in daily café operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista
- Skilled in espresso preparation, latte art, and café-standard drinks
- Knowledge of plant-based milk (oat, almond, coconut, etc.) is a plus
- Able to communicate in English (basic conversational level required)
- Discipline, good communication skills, and a team player
- Willing to work on a shift schedule (morning/afternoon)
