• ## What We're Looking For
• Minimum **1 year of experience** as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, beach club, or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and classic drink recipes.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused personality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• ## Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Deliver outstanding guest service while creating a memorable bar experience.
• Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and taste.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and minimize waste.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
