- industry.
- Handle project Chatbot / AI/ CRM / Customer care Salesforce
- Experience in making project documentation
- Familiar with SDLC
- Good communication (written & verbal) in English.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
