Our production facility in Cikarang boasts global-level manufacturing competitiveness with state-of-the-art automation, aseptic management, and quality tracking systems. Indonesian production personnel build expertise through rigorous training and hands-on experience, and outstanding talents are offered opportunities to work at our headquarters in Korea. Currently, approximately 150 Indonesian production specialists are actively working in Korea.

Your Role in This Journey
Market Analysis and Strategy
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth within the pharmaceutical and beauty pharma sectors, particularly the botulinum toxin market.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, beauty product manufacturers, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Leverage existing industry relationships and establish new ones to expand the company's network and enhance market visibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Research & Development, to ensure alignment of business development strategies.
Deal Negotiation and Execution
Lead negotiations for partnerships, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, and other business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and beauty pharma sectors.
Contribute to the company's strategic planning process by providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis and business development efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals with strong international business experience based in Indonesia, particularly within the pharmaceutical, medical device, aesthetics, or beauty pharma industries.
Candidates are not limited to those with a "Business Development" job title. We highly encourage applications from professionals with backgrounds in Global Business, International Business, Export Sales, Regional Business, Overseas Business, International Marketing, or other commercial functions that involve international market development, strategic partnerships, licensing, distribution, or export business.
The ideal candidate has a proven ability to identify and develop international business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive market expansion across global markets.
Proven track record of at least 3+ years of experience in business development, international business, global business, export sales, or related commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, medical device, aesthetics, or beauty pharma industries.
Experience in international business development, overseas market expansion, export sales, licensing, distributor management, or strategic partnerships.

Selatox is Indonesia’s first specialized company for botulinum toxin. Centered around the manufacturing facility in Cikarang and the UI R&D Center (Depok), we began full-scale toxin production and research activities after completing the facilities in 2023.
