- Lead the Beauty & Personal Care Business Unit with full accountability for growth, profitability, and team performance.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team through strong leadership and talent development.
- Manage key supplier and customer relationships to strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of commercial and strategic objectives.
- Champion a culture of accountability, customer focus, and commercial excellence.
- Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in Beauty & Personal Care, specialty ingredients, chemicals, or related industries.
- Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing commercial teams.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive team performance.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in strategic sales, key account management, and negotiations.
- Experience managing supplier/principal relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
- P&L management experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
