Galang Global Services is a growing hospitality outsourcing company providing professional manpower solutions — housekeeping, pool & garden, and engineering staff — for villas, hotels, and property management companies across Bali. As we expand our client base, we're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help grow our network of hospitality partners.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Bali's hospitality sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with villas, hotels, and property management companies
- Present and promote our outsourcing services to potential clients
- Lead client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or hospitality
- Established network within Bali's villa, hotel, or property management industry
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated with strong negotiation skills
- Professional presentation and communication
- Own vehicle
- Must currently reside in Bali
