• Seek and secure new customers for Siaga Transport’s services.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify growth areas.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve client issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Develop strategies for market penetration and sales target achievement.
• Contribute to pricing strategies and customer negotiations.

Kualifikasi

• Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in transport/logistics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional yet approachable demeanor.
• Willing to work on-site (Mon–Fri: 08.00–17.00, Sat: 08.00–16.00; occasional Sat 08.00–12.00).
• Quick learner with the ability to understand and operate at owner-level thinking.
