Job Summary & Role Impact

As a Business Development Intern, you'll support strategic initiatives by conducting market research, analyzing business performance, and helping identify growth opportunities for Blibli’s Financial Services business. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience in business strategy, partnerships, and data-driven decision-making.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports, providing insights on key financial services metrics.
• Analyze business data and support the development of presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational initiatives, business projects, and partnership activities.

Qualifications

Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Business Administration, Business Economics, Business Marketing, Business Systems, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, International Business, or related fields.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL and marketplace or e-commerce business is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
