Mission
Support in scaling branch network and ensure teacher quality. Help grow franchise schools/branches to achieve student target by strategic initiatives, ensuring teacher and assistant teacher availability. Teacher assessment & interview.
Summary
This role combines the responsibilities of a senior level Assistant with business development and academic operations management. The candidate will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring both smooth executive support and effective growth of the organization.
Job Description
- Recruitment
- End-to-end teacher recruitment process: job ads, CV screen, outreach, assessment, interview, recruitment
- Standardize teacher hiring process + Mandarin proficiency checks
- Assistant in Business Development
Run end-to-end franchise process: respond to franchisee / partner —> site assessment —> recruitment, training, and pre-opening checklist —> agreement —> opening
- New-branch launch: timelines & progress tracking, staff hiring, marketing
- Branch workshops: workshop calendar for all branches (activities for students)
- Student performances: Partner with malls / schools for student performances 1-2 times a year
- Work with our marketing team and review Mandarin language marketing contents
- Delegate Teacher Quality Control
- Ask Principal / Branch Manager to review Teacher KPI (monthly teacher scorecard)
- Branch visit if needed only
- Work with Principal / Branch manager to review teachers mistakes & possible improvement if needed
Qualification
- Bachelor in Chinese Language / Business Management
- Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 6 )
- Strong Indonesian & Mandarin communication (English is a plus)
- Experienced in Management
- Willing to travel occasionally
- Substitute teaching occasionally
- Under 35 Y.O
- Working Hour
- Monday to Thursday 12:45 to 20:30
- Friday 11:45 to 19:00
- Saturday 08:45 to 15:00
- Jakarta & Occasionally outside Jakarta
- Salary and Bonus
