- Cyber Olympus is looking for Business Development & Project Manager to work for Singapore Company remotely
Mandatory
- Ideally someone with 3–5 years of experience in a digital agency, IT or software development company.
- Being able to speak English fluently at professional settings
Main responsibilities
- Sales (40%) – Generate new leads, prospect for clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia, arrange meetings, prepare proposals and follow up on opportunities.
- Project Management (40%) – Manage website, software, ERP and AI-related projects. Coordinate developers and designers, monitor deadlines, deliverables and client communications.
- Operations (20%) – Track project budgets, manpower hours, resource allocation, scope changes and profitability.
Key requirements
- Strong spoken and written English. Must be comfortable dealing directly with Singapore clients.
- Experience in B2B sales and project management.
- Good understanding of websites, software development and digital solutions. Knowledge of Odoo, AI or ERP would be a bonus.
- Proactive, independent, organised and commercially minded.
- Comfortable using AI tools, CRM and project management software.
- Able to work full-time remotely, aligned with Singapore working hours.
