We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to grow our customer base through cold prospecting, client meetings, and relationship building. If you enjoy meeting people, achieving targets, and building a rewarding career, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and cold visits to generate new business.
- Meet prospective customers and present company products and services.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage.
- Knowledge or interest in nutrition and wellness is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Working Hours
- 5.5 working days per week.
