• Location Mapping
• Creating a data base for an existing store both on the dashboard and Google maps

Providing database for potential locations per province, city, district, sub-district and smallest region on the dashboard and Google maps based on population and indicators for selecting BD locations.

Location Analysis

Store performance analysis of store in the period of 6 months after SO VS Targets Indicators achievement of Sales VS Indicators of BD location selection.

• Sales achievement Analyzing VS rental prices in each location (per region)
• Checklist Locations
• Reviewing and Compiling completeness of legal documents from each location
• Weekly and Monthly Activity
• Provides reporting to point 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, and report to BD Senior Manager and BD-HOD

Kualifikasi

• Min. Bachelor Degree, majoring in Urban Planning
• Min. 3 years of experience in business development
• Have experience in real estate and retail background
• Good in data and reporting
• Proficient using Excel
