Campaign & POSM Execution Executive

About the role

This is a full execution role supporting the Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, POSM design & deployment, and offline event & exhibition on-site implementation. This role strictly follows marketing strategies, campaign roadmaps and product directions from the Manager, ensuring all brand offline deliverables are implemented accurately, on time and in standard quality.

• Key responsibilities
• Execute all brand and product marketing campaigns according to campaign briefs and master timelines.
• Follow up all campaign material delivery, asset preparation, schedule alignment, and launch readiness.
• Track daily campaign progress, coordinate with designers, ad team and vendors to ensure no delay.
• Assist in campaign monitoring, simple data collection, and post-campaign material sorting and reporting.
• Ensure consistent campaign execution quality across all offline channels and retail touchpoints.
• Manage POSM artwork checking, production follow-up, quality control, sampling confirmation, and mass production arrangement.
• Manage POSM inventory, stock sorting, warehousing coordination, and distribution for stores, events and roadshows.
• Conduct POSM on-site checking, display standard supervision, and faulty material replacement.
• Fully execute offline marketing activities including baby fairs, brand roadshows, pop-up events and festival activations.
• Support booth setup, decoration, material arrangement, on-site layout, logistics and manpower coordination.
• About you
• 2-3 years experience in marketing campaign execution, event execution or POSM operation.
• Experience in mother & baby industry is preferred.
• Strong execution ability, able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, able to track projects from start to finish.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, good English.
• Willing to work on-site during weekends for exhibitions and events.
