CASH CONTROLLER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive sale collection from cashiers & verify with sale report
- Differences in sale declaration & sale report will charge to cashier by issuing SES
- Tally shift wise collection & prepare for bank deposit
- Keep records of transactions
- Update daily collection of each cashier in the system with each currency wise
- Manage cashiers till funds and Revolving change fund
- Prepare daily sale report, deposit summary for finance verification
- Deposit sale collection on daily basis
- Spot inspection of cashiers’ sales/cash
- Sorting and prepare reports on received credit card vouchers
- Monitor cashiers’ performance and report back to Coordinator cash manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in accounting
- Good command of English.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Familiar with POS system
- Minimum 1-year experiences in accounting or account receivable
- Advanced in MS. Excel formula
- Experiences working in retail sector
