- Maintenance Planning Support
- Master Scheduling: Learn to develop and coordinate weekly and long-term maintenance schedules for heavy equipment fleets.
- Work Order Administration: Assist in processing, reviewing, and tracking work orders within enterprise management systems (SAP).
Resource Coordination: Help cross-check parts availability, specialized tooling, and manpower strategies prior to scheduling maintenance events.
Education & Background
Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical) or Business Administration / Logistics with a strong Supply Chain focus.
Experience: Entry-level position (0–2 years of experience). Prior internship or exposure to heavy industry, mining, or equipment maintenance management is a strong advantage.

- Systems Capability: High computer literacy with an aptitude to rapidly learn complex enterprise systems like SAP.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong foundational skills in data sorting, Microsoft Excel, and technical problem-solving.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams, from site maintenance crews to procurement offices.
- Structure & Detail: Methodical approach to managing documentation, timelines, and technical specifications.
