Job Description
- Supervise cashier operations and ensure transaction accuracy
- Handle payment processing, cash reconciliation, and daily sales reporting
- Ensure friendly and efficient customer service at cashier counter
- Support queue handling and smooth customer transaction flow
- Coordinate with operational team regarding promotions and sales activity
- Job Requirements
- Experience as cashier or cashier leader in F&B/retail preferred
- Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Familiar with POS system and cash handling
- Good communication and customer service skills
