We are an NGO dedicated to transforming recycled materials into high-quality furniture products aimed at providing affordable solutions to lower-to-middle income individuals. Our mission extends beyond sustainable furniture production; we reinvest our profits into social programs and initiatives, including consultancy services for SME companies, fostering community development and economic empowerment.
As a Co-Founder of our NGO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic vision, driving operational excellence, and expanding our impact across both sustainable furniture production and social initiatives. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient production processes, quality control, and timely delivery of furniture products to customers.
Lead the design and execution of social programs funded by NGO profits, with a focus on consultancy services to SME companies.
Develop partnerships with SMEs to provide tailored consultancy services aimed at enhancing their sustainability practices, operational efficiency, and growth potential.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of social programs, using data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes and maximize social value.
Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections to ensure financial sustainability and transparency.
Oversee fundraising efforts, including grant applications, donor relations, and corporate sponsorships to support NGO operations and social programs
Serve as a passionate advocate for sustainable practices, social impact, and affordable housing solutions within the NGO sector and broader community.
Cultivate relationships with government agencies, NGOs, academic institutions, and other stakeholders to advocate for policy changes and collaborations that support our mission.
